Delete your data
Three ways to remove the information SocialFlow holds, and what happens after you ask.

1. Delete it yourself in the app
The fastest route, if you have a SocialFlow account:
- Disconnect one account — go to Social Accounts, open the account’s menu and choose Disconnect. Its access token is deleted immediately and we stop syncing.
- Delete everything — go to Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace. This removes all posts, conversations, customers and media, and disconnects every account.
2. Remove us from Facebook or Instagram
You can revoke our access from Meta’s side without signing in to SocialFlow:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find SocialFlow in the list.
- Choose Remove, and tick the option to delete the activity and posts made through the app if you want those gone too.
Facebook then notifies us automatically. We delete the data we received from that connection and return a confirmation code you can use to check the status.
3. Email us
Write to imraniugp@gmail.com from the address on your account, or tell us which social account you used. We will confirm your identity, delete the data and reply within 30 days.
What we delete
- Access tokens for the connected accounts — immediately.
- Profile details, follower counts and metrics synced from those accounts.
- Messages, comments and mentions received through them, and any customer records built from them.
- Posts, drafts, schedules and media you created in the workspace.
Deletion completes within 30 days. Encrypted backups are purged on a rolling 35-day cycle. We keep only the records the law requires us to — invoices and tax documents — and nothing from your social accounts.
Content already published to Facebook, Instagram or X lives on those platforms. Deleting your SocialFlow data does not remove it from them — delete those posts on the platform itself.
Checking a request
If you were given a confirmation code, look it up on the status page.
