Terms of Service

1. This agreement

These terms are between you and Md Imran Hossain, 142/1 Prantika Abashik, Khulna, Bangladesh. By creating an account or using SocialFlow you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

2. The service

SocialFlow lets you connect social media accounts, create and schedule content, respond to messages and comments, keep customer records, and view performance analytics. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something significant we will give you reasonable notice.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
• Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• You are responsible for the team members you invite and what they do in your workspace.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Connected social accounts

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Your use of each platform stays subject to that platform’s own terms, and we act on your instructions when we publish or reply on your behalf.

Platforms change their APIs, rate limits and policies without consulting us. A platform may restrict, suspend or remove our access, and features that depend on it may stop working. We will tell you when we know, but we are not liable for a platform’s decisions.

5. Your content

Your content stays yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and transmit it so we can run the service for you — including publishing it to the platforms you select. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You are responsible for the content you publish: that you have the rights to it, and that it complies with the law and the rules of every platform it goes to.

6. AI features

SocialFlow can generate captions, rewrites, hashtags, images and suggested replies. Generated output is a suggestion: nothing is published or sent until a person approves it. Review it before it goes out — AI can be wrong, and you remain responsible for anything published from your account. We make no promise that generated output is accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use SocialFlow to:

• Break the law, or the terms of any connected platform.
• Send spam, run engagement farms, or operate fake or automated persona accounts.
• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Scrape, resell or redistribute data obtained through the platforms.
• Attempt to breach, overload or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, with notice where it is reasonable to give it.

8. Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance each period and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• We will give at least 30 days’ notice before a price change affects you.
• If payment fails we may downgrade or suspend the workspace after notifying you.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these terms.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, platform outages and events outside our control can interrupt it — including delaying or preventing a scheduled post from publishing.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost audience, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, or if required by law or a platform. On termination your data is deleted as set out in the Privacy Policy — export anything you want to keep first.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them, and we will email you. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
